  • The machine is not working ?

    • The machine is not on. Turn on the machine.
    • No voltage. Check the plug socket.
    • Front cover is not placed correctly. Be sure that it is placed correctly.
    • The Fuse in the power socket or electronic card is blown. Call technical service.
    • Failure in safety detector. Call technical service.
    • On / Off Button breakdown. Call technical service.
    • Deformation in plugs and cables. Call technical service.

  • The machine stops while squeezing process ?

    • Insufficient voltage. Check the voltage and compare it with the value indicated in the Instruction Manual.
    • Breakdown in the electrical circuits. Call technical service.

  • Squeezing balls are blocked ?

    • The fruits are blocking the machine. Remove blockage.

  • The squeezing balls are not rotating synchronizing ?

    • Mechanical fault. Call technical service.

  • The peeler is broken ?

    • The peelers are not settled correctly. Check the installation instructions in the Manual.

  • The squeezing balls are not rotating while the machine is working ?

    • Internal breakdown. Call technical service.

  • The filter is clogged ?

    • The juice is pulpy or seede. Clean the filter.
